Pre-Release & Pre-Order Policy

Some items on our site are offered as pre-release or pre-order, meaning they are available for purchase before they are ready to ship.

Placing a Pre-Order
When you place a pre-order, you are reserving your item in advance. Payment is processed at checkout to secure inventory for the upcoming release.

Estimated Ship Dates
All pre-release items include an estimated ship date on the product page. These dates are provided as an estimate and may change due to production or logistics timelines. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed if timing shifts.

Refunds & Cancellations
You may request a full refund for a pre-release item at any time before the order ships. Once the item(s) have shipped, our standard Shipping Policy & Returns Policy applies.

Order Cancellations by West of Camden
In rare cases, we may need to cancel a pre-release or pre-order before it ships. If this happens, the order will be fully refunded to the original form of payment, and you’ll be notified as soon as possible.

Order Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, size, or cancel a pre-order, please contact us before the order ships. Changes may not be possible once fulfillment has begun.

Shipping & Shipping Costs
Pre-release items ship separately from in-stock items, even when ordered together. Shipping for pre-release items is calculated and charged separately based on the pre-release order subtotal.

In-Store Pickup
Pre-release items are not available for in-store pickup. If a pre-release item is included in your cart, in-store pickup will not be available for that order.

Availability
Pre-release items are currently not available for international purchase.
