- In-store pickup is currently available at our Huntington Beach location within Pacific City and our San Diego location within One Paseo.
- The in-store pickup option is located on the cart page once product(s) have been added.
- Click the tan colored button labeled "Pickup In Store" and a sub-menu will become visible with the available locations below.
- Choose the desired pickup location by highlighting (in grey) the address section. A "Pickup In store" product ($0.00) will be added to your cart. This lets us know which store to process your purchase from.
- Click the 'Check Out' button to move on to the payment section.
- After your purchase is completed you will receive a notification to the email you used with your order as to when pickup is (or will be) ready. Notifications are usually sent same day, unless items need to be transferred from other store locations to complete your order.
- If you happen to have selected the wrong store for pickup or you wish to change the store pickup location after your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call one of our stores directly. Make sure to have your order number available when contacting us.
- If you wish to change from in-store pickup to regular shipping you must contact the store you chose as the pickup location. Additional shipping fees may apply.
- Items not picked up after 10 business days maybe refunded back to the original form of payment. If you need additional time to pick up your order, please contact the store location you had selected to pickup from.
In order to pickup your items from our store:
- You need to provide a valid government issued ID
- Drivers Licence
- State issued ID card
- Military ID
- You need to provide a copy of the invoice (digital version ok)
- Your name will need to match the name of the shipping or billing name provided during the purchase. (no exceptions)
- At time of pickup you will need to sign and date a 'proof of pickup' form.
