What is your Shipping costs?

When do you consider a package lost?
No package is considered 'lost' until either the 3rd party shipper has stated such in their tracking information and/or the package has been in-transit for over 45 days.
What do I do if I think my package is lost?
Contact us at [email protected] Make sure to have your order number and the email address used to make the order handy.
What if my order is damaged during transit?
If you think your order has been damaged during or prior to transit, please contact us admittedly at [email protected] with a brief summary of what is damaged along with a picture of the damaged item.
We allow 72 hours (3 days) from when an order is marked as delivered to be reported as damaged.
Do you offer any of your goods for wholesale?
No, we currently do not wholesale any items.
Do you work with local brands?
Yes we do. If you're a local brand and think your goods would be a great fit for our stores, email us at [email protected]

Can I return an online purchased item to one of your stores?

Do you have some items in your stores that are not online?
From time to time we do have some items that will be available in our real world store locations only. If you are looking for something that you found in one of our stores but cannot find online, give the store a call.

How many emails do you send out a month?
We send somewhere between 3 and 5 emails a month to our subscribers. If that is too many, simply unsubscribe.
